Yoga has been a part of my life for 10+ years now. I practice every day because it helps me find a bit of balance and peace. Honestly, I still feel like a student myself, and I am always learning.
I was very lucky to learn from some kind, experienced Iyengar teachers. They taught me that precision and alignment are important—not to make a pose look “perfect,” but to keep your body safe and healthy.
Every body is different, so I don’t expect you to look like a picture in a book. I just want to help you move in a way that feels right for you. For me, yoga is a slow journey that helps us feel more steady and calm in our real lives. I would be very happy to share that journey with you.
